The Of Sand and Sea Collection is inspired by my childhood growing up on the English North Coast.  We'd walk around the Marine Drive in Scarborough on Sunday afternoons, watching waves build in momentum before finally crashing into the sea walls at high tide.  In Scarborough there's something about the curvature of the bays that seem to result in particularly explosive waves - captured here in acrylic and textured sand.
